Reminder: If you have a tenant who receives assistance from Section 8, you must provide Section 8 with a copy of any noncompliance notices that you send to the tenant. While the notice does not have to be hand delivered or sent via certified mail, it may be emailed or sent via regular mail, a copy of the notice must be sent to Section 8.
