Blythe Edmondson is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated from University High School before attending the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated with Honors and a B.A. Business Economics. Blythe returned home to Tucson and the University of Arizona where she received her Juris Doctorate. She has been practicing law in Tucson, Arizona for over 20 years.

James Landon, retired
James graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1996, after receiving his BFA degree in Media Arts, Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona in 1993. He has written a best-selling book regarding landlord and tenant law, The Weekend Landlord, first published by Sourcebooks in 2004, with a 2nd edition in 2006.
James has successfully handled thousands of landlord and tenant related cases, in addition to a decade plus of experience with commercial litigation, real estate, entity formation, and other general civil legal matters.
James made his first television and radio appearances at the age of ten(10), as a student advocate for the Austin, Texas Independent School District.
James has always actively participated in athletics, placing 2nd in a regional punt, pass, and kick competition at the age of nine (9), and going on to be a nationally ranked junior tennis player. More recently, he won a state racquetball title in the “D” division in his first tournament, and has been as low as a seven handicap golfer.
James’ first script, Sid ‘n Sadie, was a quarterfinalist in the Page Screenwriting competition.
