Beginning Monday, June 15, 2020, the Pima County Justice Court will no longer be using Judges Pro Tem to handle their eviction matters. The elected Justices of the Peace will handle the eviction matters on a rotating basis. We have had a set number of Pro Tem Judges handling evictions for the last few years, so this will be a change for parties and the courts. For the foreseeable future Eviction matters will continue to be held via Zoom. Things have gone relatively smoothly with the Zoom system. As always please reach out with any questions or concerns.
