The Pima County Justice Court is processing evictions, but court dates are being set out in May at the present time except for Immediate and Irreparable Actions which are being set for hearing now due the nature of the underlying issue. The Pima County Superior Court is continuing to process eviction actions and hold hearings.  The filing fees and costs are higher in Superior Court, but we can obtain a hearing on any eviction action in a timelier manner in Superior Court.  Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.  We are happy to discuss the best options for our clients on each case.
